Hi,

I am new to Airgun, and this might be a stupid question.
My friend gave me a Diana Airbug 0.22, and just wondering, is it possible to convert it to 0.177?

Thanks

Yes, Maybe, I looked at the 2 online sites to see if the parts are available and found nothing. You would need a barrel, bolt, mag and the breach. Those parts would be close to the cost of a new gun. You may find a used gun in you price range, if you advertise wanted.

You can contact Wes at https://airgunarcheryfun.ca/ he may have some parts that are not listed on his site.

I think the chaser is the same parts as the airbug but you may want to verify that.

AlfredPNY, the reason why I believe you need a new breach is because the breech seal is not integrated into the barrel but is placed in a recess at the end of the barrel. The breach is bored corresponding to the calibre so the pellet will not hang as it is being inserted. You breach will have .5mm grove by 2mm long for the pellet to drop into as it is chambered.
