Sportsmatch makes a recoil reducing scope mount as well. I have never used it but it's been around for several years.

Weihrauch even sells it under their own brand name:

Crosman just looks like a knockoff of the zero recoil mount. I use the zero recoil mount, but only after it has been accurized Hector Medina from the US. Great now, but POI shifts before.

I assume all "play" has been removed. Depending on the way it's built, might easier said than done.

Was using the Sportsmatch dampa mount in the early 90 on my 48 Dianna which at that time it killed any scope out there as i remember it did not work and airgun rated scopes were nonexistent.. end up with the first red dot Bushnell sold ..

Hector takes the mounts apart, machines the topside a little lower if your scope has that slight bump on the bottom. He drills holes down into the reamed hole that the sliding bars move in and installs a set screw with nylon tips to take up any slack.

Before he did this, I was having shifts up to a half inch in any direction at 20 yards. I now have four sets of his accurized mounts and have had no shift in POI. They are not cheap. I think they are about $200 US now. Of course, since covid, the mounts alone are over $100. RWS/Diana have improved them, but I would still not use them in competition unless Hector has done his thing on them.

I wondered about set screws on the rods as being about the only 'adjustable' method.
