WEll I must be the only unlucky bugger to have a pooir customer service from Timbum Tuning
I have been on a E mail quest to find my spring drop in kit for my D460 Mag
I e mailed TBT a few times with no response and then started messaging Customs and Canada post.
neither Customs or Canada post can find my order.
So I contracted paypal and posted a no recieved report and lo and behold TBT answered them and said"Canada Post Dont know how to look for it"
so here I sit today with no kit and no money back yet.

So just call me unluckey lool :roll:

Sorry to hear about your terrible purchasing experience. It’s sad when companies care more about the dollar then their service(s). Availability and access to parts is getting harder and harder as this world slow turns upside down.

well either cannad post or canada customs totally lost my spring
the only way I got help was to use PayPal who went out and done a search and had the shipper refund me the price of the springs.
I am glad I use Paypal.

Hi Daryl, you wouldn't know of a Canadian source for the [BT9M22] gas spring, do you? Or of a manufacturer who can make one custom to match it? It's a legal part for a legal air rifle (non-PAL), as you know - but the ease of modding seems to have increased the demand in Canada. There's got to be a few of these lying around that people would sell for a premium?
Maybe there's a "looking for" section in the Buy/Sell. Anyway, if you know of anyone who's willing to part with one of those springs, or who has found a supplier who can make them custom, please ping me on here?

I'm in Atlantic Canada.
