My backup night vision clip on was a wide screen with an Ir camera with no recording feature. I wanted a second setup, that was closer in video quality of my ATN but I just couldn't spring for another $1000 scope. While browsing Aliexpress these 1080p all one units kept coming up and each week they were a little cheaper, so when they hit $107 I ordered one. I placed it on my Kral Mega. In my Initial testing the only problem I found was the diopter magnification was not suitable a close eye relief. I needed to completely remove the diopter unit and tape the threads up so it would be tight when it is only on a few turns. With the eyepiece being back so far it gives a very uncomfortable feel when shooting. I used it the last night for the first time on rats. The quality of the Image is superb when you are using it at night. I did record a second shot into a rat as each time a rat came visible I forgot to record the dispatch.

The unit has a built in magnification of 1,2,3 and 4 and coupled with the magnification of the scope you have an endless range of power. It records date and time and places it in the video or picture. The on board microphone records the smallest of sound. It uses a single 18650 battery, this both powers the camera and the infrared light, a single battery has lasted for over an hour of night use. I have been searching for for some offset mounts to move the unit forward

For the price you can't beat this for the occasional rat dispatch operation. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005885276832.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.5.21f818022Z5tnV
