Repairing my Grandsons MTR77NP. Needs a new gas spring BT9M22-00-5A. Crosman is out of stock, searched the internet, with the exception of a guy on Ebay in Australia, they are just not available. Says out of stock everywhere. Even the piston seal is out of stock. :hsmash

While you wait for stock, switch to a wire spring and print, or get someone to print you, a piston seal in hard TPU. :drinkers:

So I checked their website after supper yesterday and it said out of stock for the items I wanted. So I called their toll-free number today to ask if they knew when they might be getting some more stock in. I gave the girl my part numbers, and she says they’re in stock. I told her the webpage said they’re out of stock. She checks the webpage and voilà, now says in stock. So I placed my order. Got lucky I guess.

Robert, thank you for your kind offer. I would’ve jumped on it if Crossman hadn’t come through.

Jim

Crosman Canada (Gravel Agency) gets shipments every week from the USA. You can put yourself on "backorder" instead of continuously checking the web site trying to time your items being in stock. Things like mainsprings, piston seals, 1377/22 valve stems and pump cups turn over fast in their inventory. Sometimes they never seem to all be in stock at the same time... so go on backorder for a couple or few weeks.

I've made back orders with crossman canada before and they do show up though it might take a couple of months.

Hi Roussfam, this is an older post I'm replying to, but I notice you mentioned the BT9M22 gas ram not being in stock on Crosman's Canadian site (nothing's changed on that site, it seems), but that you back-ordered the gas ram, receiving it two days later.
Which gas ram did you order, and which one did they send? Did you receive the BT5M22, or the discontinued BT9M22?

Thanks,

James
