Those are some nice looking guns! Do you use factory .44 loads in your rifles or custom reloaded ones?

The marlin 1894-44 mag is one of the best bush guns ever made.
Short and sweet. The 44 packs a nice wallop.
Great find. Nice gun!

Well...."kinda" similar....but very different. The 16" S series I have had a worldwide distribution of 2300.

I worked a trade, but it would come out to 5-550. All in all cheap for a VERY limited run gun.

That makes five .44 mags in the collection so far. I still have 3 more rugers to pick up, so if anybody knows of a .44 carbine for sale...let me know!

Hi Wrong Way,

I was at GMK Armoury this afternoon and noticed a Ruger .44Mag on the shelf. It's the old semi with a serial number of 70XXX. Condition looked pretty good except for a small 1/4" chip in the stock at the front, where the aftermarket sling swivel was installed. Also, someone drilled and tapped the receiver for a side mounted aperture sight. Asking price is $475.

GMK -1-807-346-4088

Cheers,
Todd
