And this bugbuster 6x by 32mm , one inch tube;

The 3x12 is very clear, up close 10 to 12 meters indoors, 6 x is pretty much max, the lock rings are nice, and easy to use. the big scope zeroed quickly for my 97 k in 22 cal, and it was easy to call the shots off hand at 11 meters. A bit of weight here, but for a target / field gun I guess a bit of weight to carry a short distance is ok.
Outdoors , its sweet , you can sure tell its crystal clear and sharp focus right on out. The reticle is easy to focus , and not heavy like the little Bugbuster.
For $137.00 a winner 8)

The Bugbuster is light, perfect for the 30s, I wish the reticle were a little lighter, but when you turn the switch and light em up , in red or green they look great, and don't flood the lines of the mildot, so you can pick a spot easy , and shoot in the same hole at 11 meters easy, the little HW 30s is just awesome, and with this scope on it, what a fun gun to carry around .
At $77 , heck its a good buy, zeroed quick, easy turn knobs when you remove the caps, a shade that I will not remove , as it looks good, and will help a bunch on those bright days.

So no worries here, get one of those, rated for heavy recoil, can't hurt to go overboard in that area eh!, I got em on light and medium guns...
