I bought a canadian 2240 co2 460 fps per what is the difference tween 2240 canadian or American. The backpacker has a bleed hole in the pump model 2289C but I wonder is the 2240 same as American version hence all mods are same as american reports ?

The 2240 is the same in both country.

Hi all,

I'm posting this here for obvious reasons (hint of future mods).

Is the Sheridan .22 at Canadian tire for $349 the same as the Benjamin Sheridan Classic .22 at D&L for $234? Seems a fair bit of difference in price even with shipping?

I'm thinking of retiring the Hatsan and buying this gun for Christmas. Anyone have comments and what mods apply to this gun? What is it's sister +495 fps model to rob parts from. Haven't found it in Canada in it's Nitro piston configuration...at least below 500fps?

Lastly, anyone dealt with D&L? Not a lot of choice in Nova Scotia except Canadian Tire or Army Navy (Diana Panther 21)

I really like Crosman Custom 2400KT CO2 Carbine what's i believe customized 22XX, almost all suppliers for mod parts are from states or UK and most of them don't ship their products to Canada, same problem with Crosman, looks like they don't ship to Canadian addresses. Is there a place in Canada where you can get this mod parts or where you can place custom order for one customized by Crosman?

I was looking for straight answer all over the internet for couple of days, one more question, so if I want something similar to their custom product i need to get 2240 + all parts from linked online store what i want to be replaced, now the question when this my product become restricted, from what i understand 2240 shoots under 500fps so if any of my changes are not affecting this it would be still considered non PAL, RPAL? is that correct?

If you keep the velocity below 500fps, it would remain a "non-firearm" or no PAL/POL required.
