This is the same guy that runs the Elmira Airgun Show? I've heard good things about him. Thanks for the info.

One and the same guy. I bought my first air rifle in 30 years from him. He spent alot of time making sure I was happy with it. He has since done a rebuild for me on my fathers ancient Diana 27.

Noel , has done several repairs for me , he does very good work , and is honest , he knows what he's doing , he can fix anything. great guy to deal with Joe

I was looking for an airgunsmith.
Does he also tune?
