Only asking if i can put a spring from a quest 1000 into a quest 500. Only asking.

I read that the springs of both these models are identical......so I guess you could say the springs are interchangeable...... :wink:

the difference is the piston. The crosman 1000 has a short piston that allows the spring to compress more. Replacement quest 1000 pistons can be had from crosman canada.

nope. It's just a part. The onus is on you to register the gun once it yields more than 500fps, etc.

you could use a B-19 spring
or you could get a B-21 spring and have an Echo 521

Do you know of a source for Chinese springs and seals in Canada? B-19, B-7, B4, etc...
