Holy cow - 316 m/s, with a .22? That's 1037 fps! Does it put out that speed reliably?

Probably a bit of oil in the gun that's helping that speed along. It will probably settle down into the 850fps range and continue forever at that speed. Mine was REALLY fast with 14.3's until after 50-60 shots when it began to chrono 850ish very consistently. That's STILL lots of 'bang for the buck'. :D

I did encounter an accuracy problem after a short while that was finally found to be a crappy piece of wood for the stock. Glass bedding solved that and it's now my gun of choice for pest control (think Crows).

But it's HEAVY. I might also note that it became a completely different gun after it was tuned (cleaned and lubed properly). Very satisfying to shoot with no 'twang'.......... just a very pleasant 'thunk' when it goes off.

Enjoy - for the price it's a complete joy to own and shoot.

Cheers - Gus :D
