hi all, just out of interest if you over fill the air cylinder what damage would this do or is it that the seals can't handle it

Hello to everyone,

My .177 HW100 with 60cm barrel came from the factory set to 24j of power. A few months ago I've had problem with one oring and to dismantle the regulator. After dismantling the regulator I've had a small accident and the bellevile rings fallen into the ground. I've already managed to restore the power level but the rifle started to consume more air (when I've received the HW100 I've easaly get more nearlly 60 shots from 200 to 120bar).
Can you tell me the factory regulator setup for this level of power?

I did not go through the whole thread yet, I would like to know witch way to turn the regulator for lower power?
Turn out counter clockwise or turn in clockwise.

Hi everyone and thanks to all concerned for a great thread. Just wondering (with respect to the pics on page 1) if anyone has any torque settings for the hex bolts that join parts C to D and C1 to C2?

Hi,
I was just wondering if you know if there is any mechanical difference between the 35J FAC rated HW100 and the 16.3J version or is it merely regulator and hammer spring adjustment that seperates the two???

Regards

Hello Steevo, welcome to the forum.
Yes, the pressure regulator tuned out to the max and a heavier hammer
spring. This was according to a guy who owned both of them.

Hello All :)

If I want to upgrade from 16J to approx 24J in cal.177 is necessary also to buy this ? http://www.sportwaffen-schneider.de/pro ... s_id/12971

Spring is clear for me but only this part was not clear if is necessary to change.

I revalue situation and I stay in 16J but I want to reach so best air efficiency as possible. Shortly I want to get more shots from one cylinder with legal limit. I will try only set regulator to 102bar and hammer spring set to 16J. I hope I will get approx 130-140 shots from one cylinder.

Hi.
Not need to buy, set the regulator to about 115-118bar hammer and go on 23-4J be about 70 shots in .22,

So, I finally remove AT and try to set my regulator to 102bar and set the hammer spring to 244m.s with JSB Exact. Now is it cca 16,4Joule and approx 140shots from one cylinder. If I turned whole one circle on the hammer spring from original setting I have received 265m.s but I set only 244m.s
I believe that the regulator pressure about 120bar could give 280 max 290m.s with JSB Exact - but I did not tested.

I really need help the seniors. My HW100 air leaking from the bottom of the valve chasing. Every time I lock the tube into the gun, the air must have gone all out through the small hole. what causes it ...?
In fact I just bought 2 weeks and had already spent three tubes such issues arise.

seriously need help and detailed explanations. Very grateful if any picture attachments.

Hi there,
I've got the hw100 fsb fac in 177 caliber. Does anyone know how the placement of the belleville washers will affect power output? I've played exhaustively with the hammer spring tension and regulator and am satisfied with the results (ES 14 SD 5) but i'm wondering if changing the belleville washers will improve consistency. The rifle came from factory shooting at 20fpe, and i've got it dialed down to 11.8 fpe with JSB 8.44's. The current washer placement is 4 pairs like so: (())

Thanks in advance,
Ryan
