ok-
before i sell my gun and kiss her goodbye i just wanted to say a couple of things about this gun:
1- i shouldn't be selling it!
2- when i first got this gun i thought: nice, i like it- but i never fell in love with it.
3- stock set up is kinda weak but nice finish and shoulders well.
4- with replaced spring (no spring compressor required) it come up to shine- not a power monster, but just enought to take any loopy feel out
5- no after shooting the gun i have a couple things to say:
a) you can fix it so there is NO TWANG AT ALL
b) recoil is little, very short and muted and buttery
c)trigger has no grit at all (haven't learned the trigger like i should on this one-but time ran out)
BUT THE BIGGEST THING I NOTICED about this gun was:

you can put the sites close to the target, track in a line over to the target, and it will stay on target with out fighting you.
it seems smooth and very steady to hold on target.

it seems to group very well. i did get some one holes at 10 meters with daisy pellets.
in total it is about 5"" longer than a QB79 and i thought it would be hard to hold on target because of that but just the opposite.

i feel i am making a huge mistake by selling this one before i really got to shoot it alot but althought it seems like it could be a REAL tack driver / great target rifle , i just never fell in love with such a fine gun with no flaws i can see.

i feel that is wrong but... i guess the heart can be fickle.

nice gun, you should love it, go buy one if you can find one, they live up to being a CZ.

i did alot of research reading reviews before i got this gun , and i couldn't find one bad word written about them. and i guess i won't either!

The Slavia 630/631 is probably one of the nicest shooting and best made springer's for under 200.00...
