That's so strange you posted this...I was doing some shooting yesterday and started using the numbers as targets once the centre bull was shot-up. I just never thought to keep going and cut it right in half! Nice shooting.

I like the creativity of the nice wavy line...nothing so boring as a precise straight line :butthead:

At first I thought you did it with your PFT rig, having had a chance to shoot that, - & even leave ALL the paint on the Elephant target, I know how well that puppy is shootin' !
Nice work with the QB, - now you have 2 MORE targets you can Quarter along the number line. 8)-

Thanks... It was the second target to get cut last night. The first target was cut with 33 shots .
Second target took 34, maybe it was the pressure knowing that the camera was rolling.....LOL...

Fun way to practice while punching paper...

What distance? I'm curious to see the absolute minimum number of shots it takes to do that?! 4" (or whatever the width of those Gamo targets are) divided by .177"? I'll give 'er a go tonight!

That target was shot from 40' away..
The Gamo target is 5-1/2" wide so I'm guessing 30-31 well placed shots should do the trick...

Old thread, but still may be enjoyed by some folks..
The Link was outdated on the OP and was just corrected..
Good way to stay practiced and have a bit of fun at the same time...

Cheers!
