The attached picture is showing all the shooters before the start up of the FT match at the Pioneer Gun Club in Kitchener, Ontario in the year1994. The 60-shot match was organized by Fred and Hanz and only about 7 to 8 people including myself were shooting the steel field targets at the range. It was probably the earliest FT shooting at that time in Canada.
Do you still recognize some of the faces in the picture?

Ray

Those guys in the picture are Noel, Tony Chin, Fred and his wife, Hans and Woods, as well as the guy who took the photo, name Tony Lau. All of us were shooting springers in the old days.

I have met everyone in the picture and shot with Fred, Ramona, Hans and Robert Wood. Tony was at the first airgun show at Waterdown and I met he and his wife.

Hans was the last one to shoot a match and that was over a year ago. Some of the younger folks, Ray, should come out and shoot.

This picture brought me wonderful memory for my first ever FT match in Canada, though I didn't win the match on that day. I remembered I was shooting my Diana 48, Hans was with his Diana 54 recoilless, Robert Wood with his Beeman R1, Tony with his Beeman/Webley C1, But I can't remember what guns Noel, Fred and his wife were using. Oh, my friend Tony Lau was shooting his Sterling HR81.

Every one was enjoying very much a great day shooting out there.

Cool pics, Ray.
I didn't realize that you shot FT - when I first started shooting FT, the club had already moved to the Elmira range, and I don't recall seeing you there.
You'll have to dust off your best FT rig and start coming out again.

Tony, I had no idea you were part of the group that originally got Field Target started in Canada!

25 years later and you're still at it - I'm going to start calling you 'Grandpa FT' :D
Much Respect!

Ray, you always post such amazing FT for sale, now I know why! BTW, that super rare Pro Target FT that I bought from you years ago has been passed on to a true fan of all things Air Arms, and is a very active (and skilled) FT shooter, so rest assured, it still has a good home.
