Chewy .. not sure if I will be hi-jacking the OP thread ... lol

Google "AR2078 barre lead lappingl and extended probe work"

Yes with that spelling error "lappingl" & it has detailed info on Hand Lapping a barrel - made a world of a difference for me!
I followed a slightly different method but basis was same. Youtube has a cpl of trigger mods titled "Free trigger mod" or free crossman trigger mod or something like that.
You may PM me or do your own search .. your own may yield quicker results :))

Peter,

I'm using JSB JUMBO EXACTS RS. I'm in my basement, as I live in an urban area, with not enough space in my backyard. I'm shooting at about 11 m. I used to live in Timberlea, not too far from Clayton park- lots of space there!

Rob, I remember you telling me about the 'donair compass' - it was funny how only a NS-ian would know. Lived it myself :))
I don't have any thing to complain about with the CPHP 14.3g that I've been using, I've been getting center mass, single shot termination - at a measured 85 yards.
I think the JSB Diabolo Exact Jumbo Heavy 18.10g will be deadly in mine. Not sure what the difference is between JSB-PL-026 & JSB-PL-035 is though. A couple right on the tin,
one says; Cometa/carefully selected by JSB, the other; Made in Czech Rp/Match Diabolo etc.
When I was a kid, I used pellets that looked like they had raised lines going down the length of the pellets & ended right before the skirt, I always thought that those raised fin like lines helped the pellet grab onto the rifling down the bore. Do you have any experience with said type of pellets ?
I am very happy shooting & can't wait till it gets warmer outside. Eagerly awaiting the final passing of the Registry as well.

Cheers!!:)

Peter.

I remember those pellets, I think they were bulldog pellets, in a blue and red tin. I wonder if they make them anymore. CPHP do not shoot well in my gun. I wish they did. I also would like to test mine past 11 m.
