Check this out... http://www.pyramydair.com/blog/2006/06/ ... art-1.html if you still need help, I can tune your air rifle. You'd likely need to ship it tho. What kind of rifle is it?

Please describe the tune you would provide for the HW45 rifle.

Enquiring minds would like to know.

HW45 is a pistol, be careful with "tunes", or you can end up with a restricted firearm.

I read past the model number. I post from my phone quite a bit. Thought he just had a springer. Still could probably be tuned. But off hand not sure what you'd do. Have to take a look at the gun an parts list. Ill try an see if theres anything i can come up with when Im at a computer an have that stuff in front of me.

Still curious what YOU do to tune a springer?
Any before and after info you have?

I guess first things first, disassembly. Then I inspect for any burring and clean it up with the dremel. Everything gets cleaned with Isopropyl Alcohol. I dry fit the internals and feel for any bad rubbing or looseness. I get out the 500 grit for rub areas. O-rings, gromets, an teflon tape help me with anything loose. Moly lube the inside in the apropriate areas, airgun oil the other appropriate areas. Re-assemble. Modifications excluded, a simple springer tuning.
