looking back at this old post it makes me wonder if this superb engineer has his ideas robbed like what i did ...
Im think Artemis....PP700 etc....interesting..

There sure are a lot of similarities between this pistol and the PP700sa. Great work and the quality is outstanding . I would love to get my hands on one .

Amazing work! Sure looks like a PP700SA, definitely more similarities than differences.

Now that I looked back at the pistol in 2015, there are definitely a lot of similarities.
Certainly looks like it to me, but then that is what the Chinese do. Everything they sell is a copy of someone else's ideas or work.
Stolen via the internet. That is why CSIS arrested & locked up the Chinese woman/spy, don't know her name, for extradition to the
States for ciber crimes as I understand this. I didn't pay much attention to the whole schlemiel.
Look back a few years, they were selling made in China Leupold Scopes, name, gold band and all, but they were merely knock-offs.
There were a bunch showed up on E-bay for sale, ones I saw were $150.00 advertised. Their cost was $35.00 CDN, "if you order 3 ship free".
Leupold had a warning on their site about these knockoffs. Some of the guys here bought them.
This new scope I just bought looks like a Vortex scope, but at least is not named as such.

The weird thing is the pp700 was already released and being sold in Europe by December 2015, the same year this fellow was building his. I couldn't find an official release date prior to that, so it's definitely possible they stole the idea from him, but they sure would have had to move fast! They must have had some engineers scanning the forums looking for cool ideas. Anyway whoever designed it, it is a great pistol and this fellow's work is astounding and wonderful =).

I making "my" pistols since 2011. The first concept was made in 2008 by SergeyZ. After "our" posts, the Chinese copied pp700 :wink:
Bad and simplified copy of SergeyZ's pistol.
