Hello again!!
As you can see in the image I am holding those black tubes along with a spring, elastic band, and metal thing. So my question is, how do I put that specific put that part back? I know where they go but Idk how to set it up.

Make sure all those moving parts are well oiled. If all you did was take it apart, and put it back together, it likely will still have the same issues.
