I was only sent one mag with the pistol i didn't know there were seperate mags for bb's, and like I said before I didn't even realize till after the mod's were done that is shot bb's lol..... also sinse this was not my pistol I didn't want to tinker to much with it and end up with a leaky pistol, something tells me wllm995 woundent want that kind of news

Notheing wrong with gathering and gaining knowledge as we go along. 8)

No problem. I think you did just fine for never knowing the pistol.
It'd be foolish to say that we can learn from each other and as I said
I love your stippling idea, nice completion. A certain amount of safety
Factor must be used with another's gun I agree.

Reaper: say again, please; there seems to be a missing link.

I don't think that this is a secret:

Reaper:
Quote:
We'll if u look inside the holes on your mags you will see little rails, and the hole tapers near the front of the mag.
I polish these rails out and make a bevel angle so the transfer port reads the mag chamber better. The factory mags swage the pellet so small that it barely bites the rifling on its way down the barrel resulting in loss of pressure( velocity ) and loose groups.

WTF? I don't see any such quote in this thread.

I never realized that there was a separate mag for BBs...until I just opened up the package with the instruction manual in it.

I appreciate the fact that Ace is just trying to improve my Vigilante so that I won't have to worry about having any problems with it. :)

I am all thumbs when it comes to modding my air guns.

Hey! Another dude in the Okanagan! Whereabouts are you at?

Ace, that stippling looks fantastic. I think I might have to adopt that technique on my 357. :)

Use mine as a salt gun. Works just like the Bug-A-Salt Shreader. Same gun. See Bar and Grill post. :)
