So I finally got to sit and do a little shooting this afternoon.... mind you it was on a folding table with a young guest also shooting beside and using the table for support...so timing was even more tricky. And I had not had time to asked him to leave the paper alone before he got 2 shots into it...honestly. At least they were well wide of the targets.

We sat at 9m and I was using the 835C with CP pointed pellets (ya should have used wads) and peep sights with only my from elbow rested. What a wonderful gun.

this is the second page shot and the first had one or two good groups but was really to site in and warm up.

I was very pleased and 4 are actually dimes..... I checked after taking the picture.

I have 3 more days here!!!

Nice shooting, Murray. But blaming a "young guest" for your errant shots is not cricket. You should say they were "sighting in" shots at a speck of dust or dirt. Once again, nice shooting.

I was a little sad to look up and see the wholes which had appeared as I was loading the clips... but to be fair I hadn't asked him to stick to the cans and spoons. I am just glad he shot so wide I had a clean target. More fun shooting tomorrow.

Nice shooting Murray, glad to hear you're having a good time. I put some sights on my test gun last night and had a blast shooting 6 yards standing. There was something very liberating about shooting such a light rifle :) And glad to see your guest was suitably enthusiastic!
