has anyone got or seen one of these. I;ve found a few places that sell them in Canada but they are costly ; at around $90.00 plus s+h. it is a industry brand magnetic pellet trap.

They are worth it at 30 bucks. But if you pound them up close with a 22 they will deform so there is a sweet spot where they will knock down and stay down but not get all bent out of shape.
I put blaze orange on my mine to make them easier to see.
Lots of fun.

I don't know about using a BB gun on those. I'd be worried about riccochets shooting steel BBs at a steel target. Should be safe for lead pellets though, and lead round balls.

The other auto resetting target they have in the sale is also good value, and stands up to a fair bit of punishment.

Careful - you'll shot your eye out.

Would it stand up to a PAL .177 springer at 10M or a good 2240 .22 at the same?

Simply spoken, No. Even at 10 metres, these targets take a big beating from .22 cals @ <500, never mind PAL rated guns. Not sayin' you won't get $30 worth of pleasure out of it (four pints @ $6 plus tax/tip), but don't plan on passing it on to your survivors -- the target won't be one of them. :D

$0.00
