Haven't seen a post so far, so I'll take the initiative:

The last Sunday of this month falls on May 31st, so make sure you've stocked up on pellets!

This is the monthly field target shoot at the Mission Rod & Gun Club on Dewdney Trunk Rd. I drive in every month from the south side of Vancouver, and can usually be there in an hour with the low traffic of Sunday mornings. Be there at 9AM for instructions, and follow the road to the right past the caretaker's house to the archery range.

If this is your first time attending, great! Please respond, and we can provide further helpful details. We normally set up targets first thing, sight in our rifles, and get shooting at the field targets around 10AM or so, and the shooting will go on into the afternoon. It's a great time, and a great opportunity to talk to other airgunners, and check out all sorts of nice rifles!

There is a $5 fee, please bring exact change.

If I do manage to make it we won't be out there until around noon. My wife's schedule is up in the air it seems, pending some instructor's decision - she wants to work some extra shifts at the hospital, training towards her final exam. Ah well, if she can't drive us after the ChildRun in the morning she's promised a day outing with plinking involved. Got to get my boy out shooting with his new Baikal MP-61! If we don't make it I hope the weather's awesome and the bugs mind their own business.

I should be good to go. At this point work is leaving me alone.....that could change. But I am thinking happy thoughts.

Hi NFG

I hope you are thinking very good thoughts, for me to remember your stick.

See you guys in a couple of weeks.

All the best good friends.

You already forgot about that. I thought by now you will be dreaming of your stick. Holding it in your hand shooting perfect scores. LOL

See you guys next weekend. The weather is going to be hot and warm, just the way I like it. Perfect.

I can't wait to get out there... I counted, and it turns out that I actually have about 3600 18 gr JSBs! That'll last me through the summer for sure. Ed will probably be coming, too.

No RV fixin' for me, but after a 5km run with my son and the ceremonies and whatever afterward it just doesn't leave enough time to make the drive out to Mission worth it this time. But June, yes!

Too bad for the guys that will not make it. I hope to see you guys next month.

See you guys Sunday, only 3 more sleeps.

Yeah, we really do need to remember to take photos. I'll try and get a shot of us hitting one of those exploding targets I bought. They're a lot more fun that I expected!

great to be able to participate yesterday's Mission shoot. Lots of fun as usual especially with the warm sunny weather.

a shout out to the creator of those new knock-down targets, well done; love the spinners and the white mouse!

as we were all excited to shoot and plink, I missed the opportunity to take more detail photos. Next meet will be better and we can post some pictures of the AG we use and of course some awesome FT rig guns too.

it was a pleasure to meet and able to chat with some of ya about AGs.

some of us were talking about the idea of having two Sundays shoot instead of once a month? Will that be possible?

cheers.
