These MAY be of interest to some, depending on possible variables.

First the facts: The ad says "CO2 cartridges. Available in a 5, 25 or 40 pk. Sale prices starting at $3.99"

Now some speculation: That price is obviously for a 5 pack which has a regular price of $4.99, so the discount on THAT size pack is 20%. If you ASSUME the same discount applies for all packs then the 40 pack at a regular price of $29.99 would be on sale for $23.99 (60 cents each). Not a bad price if the carts are any good. If they are as pictured they are Tactical Crusader brand which I have no experience with.

A second point of interest: IF they are as pictured they are also the 'smooth necked' style which may be of special interest to some.

Edit: I should point out the sale doesn't start until next Tuesday (Mar.08)

Update: I phoned the local PA to find out what the price on the 40 pack would be when the sale starts. Apparently it will be $24.99 (approx. 62 cents each).

Add to that; being local(to me), with one of the best "satisfaction guaranteed or your money cheerfully refunded" sales policies, and it gets even better. . . .

All I have to hope for, is the local(HO) location having inventory. . . .

I've used "tactical crusader's" before(sorta hokey name. . .), and they're on par with any other cart I've used.

Thanks for the heads up!

Doesn't PA usually sell the Daisy brand of CO2 cartridges not Crosman?

At the HO store in YWG, Daisy's in x5s almost always, sometimes Crosman in other qty's, but the JT "Tactical Crusader"(nope, can't type that without giggling..)
brand has been the prevalent one for at least the last couple years. . .

Let the Sale Begin!

I really hope they have stock. . . . :|

They were silver goose, or something similar when P/A first started carrying it.

Tactical Crusader :axe:

That being said, they're actually pretty decent carts- a direct clone of the Crosman smooth necks.

Vagrant: lemme know if ya strike out. I still have 20 carts of the goose or whatever earlier branding (ahem) collecting dust here...

Regards,

Doc Sharptail
