Yes, that link is to the same site & product I bought. I've seen similar ones at CT but more expensive, and also on ebay, but found these on the FT site where I semi-regularly buy some of my e-cig supplies, so I took a chance, added them to my last order, and so far so good. (just did another quick set up and 20 shots and no errors).

I noted the company is in Hong Kong. Do you recall how long your order took to arrive? No matter - I am going to order them anyway. Price is good and shipping is free - I've even discovered patience as I grew older... :lol:

Normally avg free shipping is 30 days.

The free shipping options vary, sometimes showing up in a couple weeks but more often around a month -- for that order I spent an extra couple bucks for the 'Canada e-packet' shipping option and it was delivered two weeks (which is pretty typical for that option).

I just ordered 2 pair - I'd hate to have one fail and not have a spare. I didn't note the 'Canada e-packet' option but did spend the extra buck+change default option which suggested a max of 20 days. I chose the black 6000k white light ones. The site seemed very professional.

One thing that I especially liked about these is that the light shining out seems to be uniform and diffused, rather than the hot spots produced by the puck lights. I feel it might work better for our purposes. See pic:

I got my Chrony in and put the LED ontop thru the defusers and I got better reading than my experience before. I'm happy. But I need to make sure I skim the pellet about a inch over the sensor.

I always put the pellet path between about 3" and 4" over the sensors, as I'd rather come a bit closer to the cheap LED pucks and risk goofing up and hitting one of those than whacking a $100+ instrument. If your lighting setup is adequate I doubt you need to shoot nearly so close as 1". But if you're secure in doing so, as with a two-point cradle for the airgun, then I suppose there's no harm in going so low either... still, I'd want 1/2" of lexan or plexiglas in front of the front panel to be on the safe side.

It worked better when I didn't shoot thru the quiet box. But than again I had everything lined up on a deep freezer.

Well todays a new day and well should be getting something else in the mail today :D

I picked up a shooting chrony today and some lights from Princess Auto. I mounted the lights in a steel gunwash pail and put the chrony inside. They are red LED 2.5" clearance/marker lights and they are on sale for 6 bucks.

It does not seem to matter that the lights are red, In fact, I did not get a single error and both of my Phantoms are shooting at exactly 500 fps with 14.35gr pellets.

I'm at like 95% for it registering and I'm able to aim higher.

177 and 22.

Just putting some velcro up so I can take the pod light off easier than the double sided tape.
