Hey guys! So about a month ago i bought the Steel Force

It's not that accurate and good to about 30ft max to hit a can consistently. After that they go everywhere. Even 50ft it's left, down up right doesnt matter never hits the same spot again (single fire mode)

Do you guys think that better quality BB's will make a difference or that using 4.5mm steel ball bearings will help ($10 per 100)

I'm using el-cheapo crosman copperhead (steel ones with copper coating). Bought two jugs of 6000 from walmart for $5 each

It's a BB gun it won't be super accurate because no rifling to stablize. That's why some airsoft use a system called hop up. Its basically a flap/ramp that puts a back spin on it.

doesn't matter what BB's you use you will never get the same accuracy that you would with a pellet...

one more very important thing I should have added and just because your saying its your first with bb's
be supper carful with ricochet's, there not like pellets that will usually flatten on impact,
you should always make it a habit to wear glasses when shooting especially with BB's.... 8)

i realized this after the first shooting with it. I was shooting about 100ft and they were spraying everywhere. Thankfully i shoot in sand dunes and the sand absorbs the BB impact. Shooting at steel food cans i realized as it gets lower in CO2 the BB's stop penetrating through the cans and start bouncing back.

Thanks for the info :) Still a fun little gun for very very close range :)

You must be the only person in the universe who shoots that gun in semi-auto mode.

I have a mini Uzi modified for full auto.
It's a blast to shoot but like the Steel Force it's a BB gun and isn't very accurate.
And on full auto I go through a lot of CO2 & BB's.

I don't get to shoot my Steel Force very often. Now that winter is over maybe I can break out all my CO2 airguns.

This is what you need for the Steel Force....talking about the bulk air!I bought this thing from Pyramid Air (Air Venture), it works great.I just use a 9 oz tank or something small, I have 3 that are still full.

I was thinking of getting this kit plus a 24oz tank to shoot a lot with. Are you able to increase the pressure so that the gun shoots fast or?
