Here's a PDF with the rules and some photographs illustrating something I only heard of yesterday, thanks to a fellow on the UK-based 'airgunbbs' forum. It outlines this new set of pistol and rifle disciplines aimed at 'seniors' (age 56 and up, apparently) which includes air and rimfire pistols and rifles.

Not sure I'd want to complete, but then again if a league formed in Canada perhaps it'd be fun to pursue in a couple of years - I turn 56 in 2018, and had to give up ISSF-style 10m AP a couple of years ago owing to persistent shoulder and elbow problems. Intend to get back into it, eventually, if/when I build up enough stability in those muscles, but who knows. Anyway, just passing this along as it seems to be a growing thing in Germany and the UK.
