:| Has anyone bought one of these pistols. I was looking at one here on Pyramdair watched the video and for the price looks like a good buy. I am out where their are no stores that sell airguns 45 min no matter which direction I go except west then I would drown in lake Huron. :( So is this 1322 as good as they say and where to buy it -Canadian Tire maybe or some or some other big box store and any info on the cost here in Canada or just buy it from Pyramdair. Thanks for any help. PS all my guns are .22 except a couple of : bb's.

Overall it's a good gun and lots of mods can be done.
All the pumping kind of sucks though.

That 1322 is a really nice pistol for the price. I originally bought mine from Princess Auto when they went on sale over the summer. But after a few weeks of (as MyCrosman put it) Clack Clack Clack, I returned it and got the 2240. On occasion I have regretted getting rid of it, but when I am shooting a couple dozen pellets with the 2240 and it would have been 200 to 300 Clacks/pumps to shoot the same number of pellets with the 1322, I am happy just to spend the CO2.
Believe me, after shooting a few dozen pellets with the 1322, that 6 to 10th pump each pellet really makes you work for each shot.

Thanks for the info. Still would like to know what they cost here in Canada. I'm going to check out the 2240 and the Beeman 17. I don't know where a Princess auto is around here but will look it up on the web. Kind of interested in the 2240 seen a lot of talk about it here on this forum but have never seen one, into rifles mostly but they are too loud, people kind of go nuts when you walk around with one. I will let all of you know what happens. Thanks Jack

 If you think people look weirdly when you walk around with a rifle, just wait for the first person who spots you trying to conceal a pistol :!:

I bought my 1322 brand spanking new from Le Baron's roughly 5 yrs ago and I think it cost me $60.00 plus tax. They sell for around $90.00 brand new.
Personally speaking, I love this pistol despite the pumping. After adding a steel breech, shoulder stock, and scope on this pistol, I now have a carbine shooter that's accurate and reliable. In fact, I took it out to the range yesterday and shot it for 3 hours using 10 pumps for each shot. Groupings at 20 yards were around half inch to 3/4 of an inch. Velocities of 470 to approx. 480 fps at 10 pumps. At 12 pumps, I had velocities of 500 to 507 fps.
If you can put up with the pumping, then the 1322 is a good pistol for the money. If not, check out the 2240 which is about $10.00 cheaper, but you'll have to spend more extra dollars for CO2 in the long run.
Like someone stated, the Beeman P17 is another option as it's also under a hundred dollars new. This one requires one pump(single-stroke pneumatic) per shot.
I will always have the 1322 in my collection. The pumping doesn't bother me at all.

^x2.
Wouldn't be without them, and I have several. I have one in target pistol form, and another set up carbine, which are 2 of my very favorites. . . .
I have one other nearly bone stock pistol, that is a favorite of my sons, and another shooter that joins us from time to time. . .
No collection is complete, without at least one. . . .YMMV.
Good Luck!

I have three. Two new versions and one old one from the 80's maybe. The breach is completely different on the old one but the rest of the gun looks the same. Two pumps and you can shoot paper and ten yards no problem. It's not necessary to pump ten pumps to have fun with them. Airgunsource.com here in Ontario has them and plenty of parts.

A flat top piston kit will help in reducing the amount of pumps needed. The 13xx are a lot of fun to play with and one can sink a lot of money into if you want, I finally finished converting my 1377 into a 25 cal.

The pumping may get old for some people but getting good 12 grams tends to be expensive. Personally I like only having to carry the pistol and pellets, that and I use mine to shoot pests so there's time between shots.

Princess auto has the whole kit with pistol grips, stock add on and pellets, pouch and glasses on for $76, and this Monday they are offering free shipping (actually $49 off shipping, which works out to free if you don't buy anything else too heavy) when you spend $100. Pretty awesome deal! Monday is the only day they have the $100 shipping deal, then it'll be $150 for a few more days. Buy some targets for your gun to bring it up to $100 and have it shipped free to wherever you are!

I have one of the PA ones with all the stuff. It's shooting 470 with 14.3 JSB at 8 pumps

Princess auto still has a couple left at $76 and now it's free shipping over $50 so I'm sure they'll be gone today. Topher that's pretty good to get 470 at 8 pumps! Is that still completely stock with no mods?
