Just polished a T06 trigger unit's sears and contact points. The original blade grub screws (which were kind of flat) have been replaced with ones from a spare TX CD blade (which are more rounded). Lubed with STP+moly mix for metal to metal and 3 in 1 oil for all the pins. Whereas the stock unit was mushy on the second stage, now the second stage is very defined and breaks very crisply at about 13 Oz. Can't wait to shoot this rifle again... which will probably be in spring. LOL.

One drawback now that everything's been stripped, polished and relubed with better lubes is the pin (biggest, front most) holding the sear that holds the spring for the latch sear is drifting with every shot. Yikes! Absolutely, potentially disastrously not good. Going to steal Hector Medina's idea of putting starlock washers on the pins.

I made some bronze washers for the barrel pivot of an upcoming project. 0.062'' thick, ID 0.340'', OD 0.700'' is a perfect fit.

I use Oak for the stock, I'm still planning of adding an adjustable cheek rest to make it nice

I also modified a piston and made a teflon seal. Total piston length (including the seal) is shorter by 0.100''. The seal is held in place by a screw threaded into a bronze top hat.
