I am aware the 953 was discontinued, just wondering if anyone knew of any stores that still had some stock.

they often come up on sale at tsc store for a good price . usually about $60.00. flyer comes out tomorrow maybe you;ll get lucky.

Yup but seems the tcs does not include them in any advertising. Just have to show up and checl stock at your local store. That's how I got mine. My favorite gun to shoot right now.

I see the Daisy 953 has been resurrected,
but with a new match stock and hefty price - gone are the bargain $69 TSC specials!

It appears there is an employee at Daisy who's been there a while who observed the unwise death of the 953 Target Pro - and quite possibly convinced a new VP or manager to bring it back - but with an unappealing new name (953 'Cadet') and higher price. I've not shopped around but that store link above has 70+ in stock lol. So-called regular price is $500... Hmm.... Now yours for $269! Hurry!
