I decided to add a scope mount to my 2240 that I picked up the other day.

Made a dovetail mount on a new endcap and added a red dot.

Interesting, but I can't imagine what the balance issues might be. I think a steel breech is the better solution, for more than a couple of reasons. But cheers for ingenuity!

I have a steel breech sitting on my work bench, but inwanted to do something different and see what I could come up with and execute.
