After a fun weekend of informal shooting at my wife's grandparent's farm I had just refilled my Discovery and the bolt was being very hard to pull back (often is when the air is at 2000psi) and snap! The bolt handle flies off in my hand! I managed to get the stub out no problem but now I need a new bolt. Who makes one that is hopefully sturdier than the original...?

Hi.......if you have a heavy hammer spring, consider a stainless steel bolt! There are a few people around making them.

I am not sure if it has a heavy spring or not. It was modified before I got it.

I'm pretty sure this would fit but make sure it does.

I think the handle is bigger on the discovery than the 2200 guns. I could be dead wrong however.

I sort of doubt it, but you can prove me wrong. :)

13xx/22xx bolt handle has 8-32 threads and the bolt slot in the receiver is 3/16".
