As a few of you know I have been doing some work with a 3D printer and have a small company; DDD Precision. I am at a point where I can start taking on a few jobs if anyone has anything they would like made, I have one project coming up that I will make a separate post about as well.

There are many applications of this technology from stencils for field targets to sidewheels to power washers and spring guides; the options are endless. I do my own 3D modeling, programming, trouble shooting and currently own one machine with a build volume of 300mm x 300mm x 400mm.

I can offer PLA (standard plastic) in various colours as well as woodfill, glow in the dark and carbon fiber. For items that require more strength I have an engineering grade PLA capable of over 3200PSI tensile strength, this material is obviously more expensive, but when it has been heat treated after printing it becomes extremely tough (much tougher than ABS).

would be interesting if you could do a 3d printed breech with picatinny rail built in for crosman 22xx series and 13xx.

I don't think the plastic would hold up over time vs the metal scope rings/mounts and would likely flex when fired. I could do muzzlebrakes, breech spacers, custom sunshades, sidewheels and if I could probably do grips as well with a little modeling work...

What kind of material would you use to make custom/adjustable grips for an Air Arms Alpha?

Well whatever the customer wants I suppose; I would do a colour to go with the gun if it was me, you could also do wood-fill and then stain it afterwards. I would have to take a look at the grip design of the pistol and go from there

Thanks for posting your availability to build/design parts. I'm sure I'll be needing something in the future :) . A clamp on repeating magazine for a 13xx/disco/maximus would be a hot seller I'm sure! One guy designed one on in the states on his 3d printer that used gravity, and got everyone excited, posted a few videos on youtube, then disappeared, so so much for that. Something similar, or a hand rotated one would be cool as well, like the qbmags one that also disappeared would be cool too. Anyway, just a thought.

jgoodz420 - I am interested in a barrel band for my Gauntlet using 12oz. CO2 bottles. If this is possible, please advise and I will give you the dimensions
necessary. I already have a (3-D printed) barrel band for the Gauntlet on the small compressed air tank.

Hi Jgoodz,

Not being that familiar with the material, can it be made thin enough as sight inserts for Weihrauch's globe front sights? Will it deform on compression when you tighten down the insert into the sight? Looking for inserts that'll work with aperture sights so the usual open circle (of varying diameters) in the middle tethered on either side by posts to he main body of the insert.

Best regards!
