hi, I ask me a question.
I live in Quebec 5 years ago. I came from France. but I didn't took my RWS diana air rifle when I leave.
So the next summer, I'll go to France and I would like to bring it with me to come back.
I have the licence and I already have fire arms, I am hunter in Quebec.
I asked to gouvernment what I have to do, and they told me I have to declare the model and the power and they'll allow me to come back with.
So my problem is : I don't have the exact model : I've bought it 25 years ago. I only have serial number and the brand
where and who do you think I can ask today (like RWS or Diana company in Europe) ?
thanks a lot

If it is a silencer that I see at end of the barrel make sure to take it off before entering Canada.

Thank you for the answers.
Yes it seems to be the RWS DIANA 36 muzzle brake.
So I never think there was a muzzle brake.
I thought it was a counterweight...

How do you disassemble it ?
Is there screws ?

When I disassemble it, can I bring it with me to the Canada ?
Thanks a lot

If it is a muzzle brake/counterweight, it is allowed in Canada.
If it is a silencer/sound moderator is not allowed in Canada, it has to be removed from the rifle.
It may be screwed on the barrel or have screws to fasten it to the barrel, I don"t know.
When it disassemble, you cannot bring your silencer/sound moderator with you to Canada.

You seem to struggle a bit in english, feel free to pm with questions I'll answer you in french. You can also post in the french section but there's a lot less people looking up that section.

You can’t buy a single airgun for everything. Golfers use many different clubs, airgunners need more than one gun
