 Post subject: Shoebox Compressor Parts

I think its time to rebuild my shoebox compressor. Went on the shoebox site. 30$ for the kit, get a quote for shipping 36 USD.

Anyplace in Canada that can get the seal kit, w/o paying the cost in shipping?

Looks like the kit is just o-rings...if that's the case, measure them up....you'll likely find they're standard sizes.

Handy little size chart...you'll need the - sizes to order.

You can get Buna N just about anywhere, but the white ones look like they may be PTFE.....I use Hitech for this sort of thing.

I believe he correct. Because was some 006 orings in the package just wasn't sure what it was for. Sure will make it much cheaper.
