No and they better not. I move enough money through my bank (bmo) that they should waive any such trivial fees.

None of my accounts at CIBC have any charges - senior.
A while back, on statements, there would be a charge shown, then a reimbursement.
Now, I am pretty sure there are simply no initial charges.

I never pay with TD and if a charge looks out of the ordinary on my visa they call me right away. When I travel usually after my first fill up with my visa they are right on the phone to make sure it's me. I've been with TD since the early 70's.
