This one. Shoots OK, still testing different ammo, for a gopher trip coming up.
bought 3 spare magazines from back East - New Brunswick, I think. Those were
$230.00 with mailing. I got the rifile for little more than the cost of those 3 magazines.

Check out the retail on this rifle in the link.

Edited - no the rifle is not "hot" - just a very good, close friend who was trimming his rifle safe a bit.

Yeah - $300.00 - cash money! Like I said, he is a good friend.
In recent years, they did change the stock slightly - pistol grip and comb shape.

Nice rifle!
FYI, the Brownells magazine #533-400-355 work great...

TKS for the magazine suggestion. $20.00 US is certainly a LOT cheaper than $69.95 for the Anschutz magazines bought.
I even got to pay $1.25 "mailing tax" on top of the PST and GST & mailing costs - imagine that.

The link goes to an Anschutz 1710 DKL, a 54 action rifle. The photos posted show a 64 action Anschutz, likely a 1416, a CIL Anschutz 310, or a Savage Anschutz 141 or 164. A used 1710 DKL in good condition would command a price around $1500, up to $1800 or so for one that is highly sought after; new they are $2100 plus taxes. Nevertheless, a used 64 action Anschutz for $300 is still a very good deal as it is a terrific rifle, especially the one shown here.

TKs - thought there was a difference. The rifle I bought is certainly not a $2,000.00 rifle

but is a decent one. It has CIL lightly rolled onto the top of the barrel, apparently otherwise could

not be imported. Friend of mine has a VERY plain, beech (not maple) stocked deeply stamped CIL imported

Anschutz marked (on the action) rifle, but the barrel is somewhat different - appears to only be an Anschutz action,

the rest CIL.
