Can anyone tell me where I can buy a shipping carton big enough to ship a rifle in a hard gun gun case. I have tried to source one but have had no success, even UPS (in my town) don't have anything big enough.

The box of your hard gun case is not more here?!

I think I will just tape and wrap another layer or two of cardboards outside the gun case.....

Make one yourself out of cardboard and packing tape. Cut to size, wrap ends with plastic bubble wrap.
Can make it smaller if you take the stock off first...

Just wrap the hardcase in cardboard than brown paper.

Staples or uline but it won't be cheap. Making one yourself is a lot cheaper and not really that hard.

You can’t buy a single airgun for everything. Golfers use many different clubs, airgunners need more than one gun

Wow! how stupid am I that I couldn't think of making one myself. I guess it's true that old age doesn't come by itself :(
Thank you @HuskyDude @leadslinger and @DocGadget for your replies.
@YepYep I walked out of the store with the gun case without any packaging on it.

=)

I never got my airgun stuff in the local stores except some Crosmans pellets....

However the package of a rifle hard case should be huge and I doubt ppl would keep it though ~

I keep my mail order boxes too. It pisses off the wife but if I want to ship some rifles I'll be good to go.
Nothing is keeping you to put 2 or 3 boxes together to make a long one.

I had about 6 or 7 rifle boxes kicking around, but my wife finally asked if she could chuck them.

..... My dear wife just recycled my boxes the past Tuesday blue bin collection day.... Even the smallest one that delivered my 5 pieces of Daisy 953 magazines didn't survived....
