Is that rail specifically designed for the Victory?
If so, where might I find one?

the rail comes in the box with the Victory

Volquartsen and DPI make aftermarket rails for the Victory too

Murray Charlton in BC could get you it. They're Canada S&W dealer. But you could order direct from TANDEMKROSS. Or Sylvestre Sport in Bonnyville AB is Volquartsen biggest stocking dealer.
