We should need to re-zero the scope or sight right?

If I used a bench or front suport for my Daisy 953, I used to have the support on the front of the trigger guard ( usually where I put my left hand on when shooting free standing )....

Today I 'by accident' placed the support around the muzzle usually if we use a bipod, where the bipod would be.... and then I found my gun shot about an inch higher than before (10 yards)....

I am thinking if this is normal and if you too need to make adjustment to it when using or not using the bipod....

Anything you put on, or rest your barrel on. Will effect accuracy. Gotta remember that a airgun barrel is only like 7/16" dia or MM, With a thin metal shroud. So it can flex easy. If you re zero your scope, it will effect your off hand shooting. Personally I would ditch the barrel mounted bipod and go with a rice filled sock or other rest for the forearm.

That's what I thought too...

I was thinking if my scope off sighted ( didn't shoot it for about two weeks...) and tried to re-zero it. Because I was not using paper bullseye target, so I didn't realize how much higher it shot.... But after about 20 clicks I still couldn't hit the target I aimed (a bolt on the ground ), I realized I don't have any problem of my scope, and the problem was caused by something else..... And it was proved that I put my support back to the trigger guard and hit it after clicked back the turret setting...
