father on left pup in the middle and mother on right.....total accident in breeding and didn't think the 12yr old male had it in him lol...vet was so impressed he kept one

Interesting, Frank. The Fishers here are dark brown. Here in BC, the Pine Martins eat deer - on the Queen Charlotte Islands (Haida Gwaii).

My beautiful boy, almost choked himself to death last night.

He had the runs, and didn't want to spoil in his kennel. He tried to push the door open, and got stuck. His neck is smaller than his shoulder/head.

scary situation..been there before and good thing I come home for lunch
that would be a real heartbreaker to find a loved family member like that,, glad you were home to make sure that didn't happen...good job and good lookin boy you got there..bad rap they inherited and I don't care what ppl say!!..they are great dogs and had one for just shy of 18yrs..lol he was the best lol..big happy goofball

The fishers around here, as least the only two I've ever seen, are chocolate all over. When running down a cat, they look like they are 4' long dark brown streak. cat didn't stand a chance - Mackenzie, B.C.

beautiful bunch of animals you guys i luv em all even franks cuddly little cutey. we are cat lovers. had 3 until last week. I had to take our beautiful little Mercedes --(the white one) in and have her put to sleep. she was 17 years old. that was extremely hard to do. two left now . one is 18 the other is 10.
