UPDATE

Travis returned my email a day later and the long pole in the tent is now me! Ha has the parts that I think that I need and is ready to install them - I think I need to get in the car and get myself to Peterborough!

I called them two days ago and got through on the first try.

It appears to be a two man operation. They probably answer hundreds of calls with a call to sales ratio that could take it's toll.

I spent about ten minutes on the line with....i think it was Travis. Informative and cooperative, but I also got the feeling of "I better make this quick because I'm probably his 50th call today".

After that, I registered on this forum and getting a lot more info with actual owners then someone selling multiple brands. If/when I decide what I'm buying, then i will visit them for a final look see.

Have patience when dealing with low volume suppliers.....
