Has anyone dealt with them?

The mailbox is full on both phone numbers, and it seems they don’t check email either.

Are they still in business?

Don't know where You are, but they are only open till 4:pm EST and 1:00 on Fridays and NOT Open Sat. or Sun.

I was buying from them monthly for a stretch. Not a single issue and always got my package fast. 3-4 days even during holiday times.

I have some airguns.

I also use Air Gun source multiple times and have nothing but good things to say about them. Never really phone or email them as I just buy off the website.

Air Gun Source is experienced and very reliable. I have bought many times from AGS, including a beautiful Air Arms PCP rifle. Recently I ordered two sets of scope rings. They sent only one by mistake and when I called they apologized and immediately had the other rings in the mail by Xpress Post. You can trust them.

I have bought 2 pistols and various supplies from them over the past 2 years. If you can't reach them by phone try emailing them. They usually respond in a day or so. Never had a problem.

I will be placing another order with them later this year.

Between Canadian shooting supply and AGS I found AGS to be a bit cheaper to my door. Both have the same shipping and handling time, about 3 business days. They package well too. I've been in there a couple times buying pellets. The people are nice, informative, seem to know their stuff. A friend of mine also deals with them for his marauder. He hasn't had anything bad to say. I have not had any experience spending large amounts of money or dealing with warranty or return. It does seem to be one of the main places in the Durham/GTA/Kawartha areas to go for airgun stuff.

By coincidence I visited AGS twice this week to purchase a scope and have them repair my TX200. When I e-mailed Travis, he was quite prompt with responding; within the next business day. I tried phoning the main number to no avail as the voice mailbox was full. E-mailing is the best option and someone will chime in within a day or two. There is a gentleman there that does some repairs, but I don't know if he is a full fledged gunsmith or works on PCP's. I know for a fact that he does work on springers; especially the TX200 which I dropped off yesterday to be assessed. I've been dealing with them for 5 years and I've never had an issue with their service. I've ordered on-line and personally visiting the store to make purchases and they've always been very helpful and informative.

Place an order last night (wednesday night) and got confimation by Canada Post of the package ready for pickup. If delivery is as usual it should be here monday...
