The review is great, I read it some days ago and only had the part-1 at that time!

if the m17 has only a 20 round clip why does it extend below the grip. but the p320 has a 30 round clip and it is flush with the grip. m17--top pic. p320 bottom pic.

on the actual real gun the mag is flush with bottom of the grip. the pellet gun is extended...

The (real steel) SIG M17 is fed with 17- or 21-round magazines.

The P320-M17 arrives with two 17 rounders.
The P320-M17 Commemorative ships with two 21 rounders and one 17-round magazine.

Here's another way to understand what exactly SigSauer was doing with the Military firearm when offering : 17 rd Clip -standard issue- and the 21rd Clip option which is the one that extends beyond the grip. The M17 CO2 replicates this variant.
Check this YouTube from SigSauer at ShotShow and note the picture of the M17 Extended Mag at 0.22 seconds in the video.

Hi all,
Here's a link that will go through all the detail differences between the 2 in question here.
I read the articles/reviews - all 3 Parts...it's very complete and answers most all/any questions. Seems also to be pretty accurate airgun as tested.

Hey! Yeager or Docgadget:
Let us know if Lorendo in St-Jean will get some in...I'd be in.

Hawk-i

I didn't see Yeager response that he was writing to them so I wrote to them too LOL
So how much are we buying?

You can’t buy a single airgun for everything. Golfers use many different clubs, airgunners need more than one gun

I wasn't planning on buying one...yet. So no I didn't contact them...
But I will be doing a trip to their store sometime next week. I buy my Umarex CO2 and RWS hobby pellets at decent prices there.
I will try to speak to the manager or the purchase rep to know if they plan to stock the M17 anytime soon.
Maybe if we harass them from all sides (emails, phone and in person) they will get the message that there is a demand for this gun
Lets all keep each other posted if you get an answer from them.

Not sure if this info was mentioned on the Thread previously...might have missed it.
https://www.oshoot.ca/en/air-pistols/85 ... &results=2

So it would seem 'available' for order from Ottawa.
I've never bought from Oshoot.ca so don't know if charges for the HST (13% in Ontario) or just the GST apply PLUS shipping. Either way the final price is still around: 215. to 230.$ CAD..with no Customs and Duty hassles. ( I remember having the very nice Colt 357 Magnum 6'' Revolver in Chrome finish and faux wood grips...costing 220.$ shipped...it still is in that price range today in Canada (CSS) ...for an authentic looking replica.)
Just comparing values with the SigSauer CO2 M17 replica which because of it's realistic detail and function and design will likely keep it's value over time and I doubt the cost will ever come down to the level the P226 Mk25 CO2 airgun pistol is at today from Sig.

Still interested in the responses forthcoming from the guys that have approached Lorendo Sports. I agree with DocGadget...a group purchase might be an incentive to get a good price for us.
Good luck :D

I bought a gun from ottowadavid at oshoot a long time ago but don,t remember the specifics. maybe if he reads these posts about the m17 he might knock off a few bucks for a groupy deal.

Echanged a few emails with a guy there today. Seem like a very nice guy!
The M17's are on order, they should be getting a few of them soon. They don't have the exact price or date yet but he said he would keep me informed and I on the other hand would keep you guys informed.
He said they should be a bit more than the P320. PA is selling the P320 for 100$ and the M17 for 120$. Lorendo are selling the P320 for 150$ so I'm expecting a sub 200$ selling price (179.99?).

Great to hear that DocGadget. :supz:
I sure would appreciate being informed when they get them in. It's a short drive to St-jean for me.
