My name is Ray and I live in Northern Ontario. I own a Ruger Air Hawk. Bought it a while back for target shooting at the cottage.
It is not a very expensive gun but it was a good air rifle for what i was using for. Unfortunately, I have some issues with the trigger not holding. Doing some online research i came across this interesting site here. I thought maybe i can get some help on how to resolve my gun problem. I know that some would advise i send it to a gun shop for repairs and i will be honest telling you that i already did and it worked for a little while but the same problem occured. I am wondering if anyone else had a similar problem with their air hawk. I have a machinist background and I have no problem taking this rifle apart and replace trigger parts or even change the whole trigger but I don't know where I can get those parts in Canada. If anyone can help me. It would be Greatly Appreciated. Thank You

Welcome to the forum!

I believe the Air Hawk has an adjustable trigger, have you tried fiddling with this?

Thank You PZAM for your suggestion.

(I believe the Air Hawk has an adjustable trigger, have you tried fiddling with this? )
I have tried many times to adjust the trigger with no success. This riffle failed shortly after it was bought and after contacting the store I bought if from ( LeBaron) I was told to send it to Manitoba ( the repair shop that did the warranty repairs for Ruger). It cost me 30 plus dollars for the shipment. After getting it back, This air rifle failed again a few years later. So I decided to take it apart and found some wear inside the trigger. I would like to replace this trigger if I can.
Not trying to write a book but just wanted to explain my situation. Thanks again
