Honestly as nice as the Puncher Mega, Marine walnut is.. Don't waste you money on it. The finish is meh. Raman said he never seen one come from the factory without blemishes in the finish. I had one in 177 and it was like that. Areas where the nickel paint didn't take on the barrel.

And the comb on the stock is too low IMHO.. I tried it with a 30mm tube scope and FX no limit rings and the cheek weld was poor. Whats the point of a nice wood stock when you gotta ugly it up with a cheek rest? I honestly I wish I got the syn stock with the adjustable cheek comb. 1" tube and 14mm saddle height rings were okay.

Also the cheap rail section for the bipod never stayed tight, and gouged the stock. They didn't contour it for the stock. So its just a flat rail on a curve stock.

Knowing what I know now. I would have just got a black, syn stock model.

The Puncher One, I wonder how it compares to the AF condor it copied?

I don't like the look/feel of the "tactical" style rifle, so I would favour the walnut stock version line Rene. However, Leadslinger put a damper on the walnut stock fit-n-finish so it may not satisfy. If you are flexible on the .25 cal. there are quite a few new PCP on the market.

I wasn't saying not to purchase the Kral Mega. I was just saying don't spend the extra money on the Marine walnut model. Everybody else I know that had a Puncher, had a Syn stock model.

Yeah I like one someday.

Please give a review when you get it. I'd be curious if AF parts are compatible.
