The sight of all the graves surrounding the Canadian War Memorial there still haunts me to this day.... We salute you, and thank you for your sacrifice....

The person in the Casket. IS Mcpl Christopher Stannix. One of 6 that Parrish. After their LAV struck an IED Easter Day 2007. Friend from basic and the unit. Attached to 2RCR.

There is a street named after him. In his home town of McAdam NB. One of Halifax public ferries are named after him. And we re named the Jr ranks mess after him.
