I just installed an app in my phone for metric conversions - excellent.

Thanks to those that have been purchasing scopes. Looks like my new order is due tomorrow.
I've got some more of the VT-T 6-24 SFVF coming along with the new HD 5-30X56SFIR 34mm Tube scopes coming in two or three days as well. These are both first focal plane scopes.
Regards,
Wes

Wes sir, does this scope have blue markings on it? Obviously the photos show that they don't but I need to be sure. Also, is the reticle glass-etched?

I am recommending this to my bud who has a custom 10/22 that I built for him. He wants his scope to be on the budget side though, hence my choice of this affordable optic.

His rimfire has maroon (a custom Tony Mele stock he bought from me as the airgun bug has bitten me again so now I snob my rimfires, lol!), red, gray, and black accents and putting a scope w/ blue markings would make it look out of sync.

Please let me know.

Btw, I have heard good things about your service so I would like to try it.

Thank you!

This one too, is the reticle glass-etched?

And what does this color (below the posted price) 11mm and 20mm mean?

https://airgunarcheryfun.ca/discovery-v ... one-mount/

I plan to buy 1 from you once we get the 3-9x40 version. It will be for my next 22xx Don Cothran build, w/c will have a gray/blue Boyds stock and Royal Blue Tactical Innovations rings and rails.

I am a stickler when it comes to colors, you know. Every stuff that I have, even the way I dress has to match. Funny but it is true, Wes sir, lol!

Thanks again!

Hi! Yep, it looks just like the picture, no blue on it, not even the little blue discovery logo.
Thanks,
Wes

Hi, my earlier reply was for the 3-9x40. This VT-2 is glass etched. The 11 or 20 is your choice of rings, you touch it or click on it to choose which you want (dovetail or Picatinny)

Thanks a lot, Wes sir!

Will order the 3-9x40 this week, probably tomorrow when I see my bud who is also a Filipino like me. We are in the US (New Mexico) so no problem w/ the shipping.

When I said I am a perfectionist, this is what I meant:

Even the green emblem on my Weaver Target scope matches the green embellishments, lol!

Thanks again, Wes sir!

This is the model that I ordered for my 3rd Don Cothran build:

Image

It is pretty long but I know it won't look goofy :D

The high magnification is a bonus actually.

Still have two 30mm SWFA fixed magnification scopes that are still in the box, still unused up to now but a man can't have too many scopes, lol!

I am partial to 1" scopes, btw, as they do not look too incongruous on small to medium size powderburners/airguns.

Wes sir, do you have more 3-9x40 coming? I kind the like the size, lol!

I tried ordering more last night but they are out at the moment. They are actually not much different in length, it looks worse in the picture than it is =)
