Amazingly accurate: 45 yards testing. Amazing!
Wonder if this one could be de-silenced for the Canadian market as-was the Gauntlet?

I've heard they'll be available in Canada eventually. How about it's cousin, the M11 =), New improved version? This one should be arriving in January =)

Where have I seen that shallow checkering and trigger block only safety before?

He makes a good point about getting the preservative out of the bore. This applies to all the Snow Peak / Artemis / CP-1 / Chaser / Dragonfly line.

These guns will not group with that black grease in the bore. It ALL has to be cleaned away.
Not sure if the breech seal is the same as the above listed guns. If it is, he should have removed it before putting the solvent soaked patch through the bore.

Impressive numbers and grouping for .22 cal....

Wouldn't it just be easier to legalize silencers?

That would sure simplify things!
Here is how the m11 will look with the silencer off. (sorry, slightly off topic. I'm guessing Diana will do something similar with the outlaw when they bring it in to Canada). Image

Same one, yep but a newer version with a checkered stock, regulator, degasser and better sound moderator (boohoo not for us of course!)

The main difference between the outlaw and the M11 is side lever action vs bolt action?

That's right, m11 is bolt action. Same magazine and barrel and tube, regulator, etc.

The Diana distributor has been very delayed in bringing anything in. I know they have some Diana Chaser kits coming in around now, and Diana Stormrider. They couldn't tell me if they'd ordered anything else other than the Diana Bandit aka PP800. The manager in charge retired and it seems their order got put on hold and maybe reduced, but we'll see.

I was wrong earlier when I said the M16 was the same basic parts as the M11, only a different breech. My mistake. The M16 actually has a different style pressure tube, so unfortunately the M16 side lever breech doesn't interchange.

Well time to resurrect this thread. Lol

So I’m shopping, researching my next PCP purchase and the ‘outlaw’ is on the list as too many others. But I have questions.

1) this rifle is made by SP, then why the $650-700 price point? For a couple hundred more I could be shooting a FX streamline.

2) are these rifles the budget line in which I need to completely strip, debur before first use in order to get consistency and reliability? I’d hope not.

Thanks
