Just picked up one of these, got a good deal and was curious about a gas spring rifle as not tried one before.
Tried it out this morning just wanting to put as many shots through it as possible to get it broken in and settled down. I am sure I did not achieve that yet but already it is looking quite promising. I didn't bother with the scope that came with it, just put a spare Hawke on it instead and left it at 10x.
The pics are 10 shot groups at 20 yards, not a huge test but with 4 pellets I got one inch groups or better so a reasonable start. Interestingly, it liked lightweight 7.87gr Exact Express as much as 10.65gr Baracuda. However, at 40 yards they were all over the place, possibly the heavier Baracuda are the ones it liked the most as they were the only ones that dropped so I would need to adjust for elevation whereas all the others went off to the side as well as dropping. I always find that a struggle - finding a pellet that doesn't wander to the side at different distances (is it a pellet thing or to do with the rifle itself or the scope needing some sort of shim maybe?).
I have just asked in the mods section how to improve (lighten) the trigger as if that is possible this could be a decent shooter.

Not bad for a new springer.

It is normal to have to adjust the sights or use a different mil dot to shoot longer ranges SOP.
